Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Metaslope LLC (“Metaslope,” “we,” “us”) provides AI consulting services and a client portal at metaslope.com, including the CEO Dashboard — a service that displays a connected business's own operating data (such as accounting summaries) to that business's authorized users.
Questions about this policy or your data: info@metaslope.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When we provision a portal account we collect your name and email address. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito; we never see or store your password in plaintext.
Connected business data. If you (or your organization's administrator) connect a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online, we access that service with your explicit OAuth authorization, limited to the scopes shown on the provider's consent screen (for QuickBooks: read access to accounting data such as profit & loss, balance sheet, receivables, and payables summaries). We retrieve this data to display it to your organization's authorized users.
Contact form submissions. If you use our contact form, we receive the information you submit (name, email, message).
We do not collect data from minors and our services are directed at businesses.
3. How we use information
We use connected business data solely to operate the dashboard and related services for your organization — assembling and displaying your own metrics back to you. We use account information to authenticate you and operate the service, and contact submissions to respond to you.
We do not sell personal information or connected business data. We do not use your business data to train models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
4. How data is stored and protected
Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services (US West region). OAuth tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest with AWS Key Management Service before storage, and are additionally bound to your organization so one customer's credentials can never be used in another customer's context. Data in transit is protected with TLS.
Connected-service data is fetched on demand to render your dashboard; durable storage is limited to encrypted connection credentials and connection status. Access within Metaslope is restricted to what is necessary to operate and support the service.
5. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure service providers acting on our behalf (for example, Amazon Web Services for hosting), under terms that protect it, and where required by law. We never share one customer's data with another customer.
6. Your choices — disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect a linked service at any time: revoke Metaslope's access from within the provider (for QuickBooks, via your Intuit account's connected-apps settings) or email info@metaslope.com and we will revoke and delete the stored connection credentials. You may also request deletion of your portal account and associated data at the same address; we will action requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
7. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and revise the date below. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
